About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Children's Community Specialist Dietitian to join our team at the Transformation Unit. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing specialist dietetic assessment and intervention to young people with Eating Disorders (including ARFID) and their families across our footprint.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, evidence-based nutrition and dietetic services to children and young people with Eating Disorders.
  • Work collaboratively with Consultant medical/CAMHS practitioners to advise on dietetic management of patients with Eating Disorders.
  • Act as a source of dietetic expertise for hospital and community healthcare workers/schools across the North West.
  • Provide training and support for other less experienced team members.
  • Be professionally and legally accountable for all aspects of professional and clinical work.
