Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and organized Aviation Operations Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing flight operations, and ensuring seamless customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Flight Operations Management
- Manage all aspects of charter trips, including liaising with external partners such as aircraft operators, FBOs, handling companies, catering, ground transportation, and other external travel partners.
- Proactively communicate with clients on operational restrictions and seek suitable alternative options.
- Customer Service
- Provide timely, factual, and accurate communication with clients on all aspects of their flight to ensure client expectations are fully aligned with reality.
- Develop rapport with customers and drive customer retention through exceptional service.
- Administrative Tasks
- Book and follow up on ancillary services requested by the client, such as ground transportation and additional services.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on flight operations and customer interactions.
Requirements
- At least 2 years' experience in an operations role, preferably in aviation or dealing with high net worth individuals.
- Excellent customer service and negotiation skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel & Zoho in particular).
- Proven ability to handle difficult and demanding situations while ensuring seamless customer experiences.
- Proactive, service-driven, and a keen team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent English language skills, including advanced spelling and grammar.
- Ability to maintain accuracy, strong attention to detail, and deliver punctually even when working under pressure.
Desired Skills
- Previous working experience within an aviation company.
- Familiarity with European aviation.
- European Language.
