We are currently seeking a HR Consultant for a leading Manufacturing Firm. Our client is a dynamic, global technology enterprise that excels in connecting brands directly with consumers. Their advanced proprietary technology and infrastructure support a diverse range of beauty, nutrition, and lifestyle brands, significantly contributing to the rapid expansion of their clients' brands worldwide.

Working Hours and Compensation:
Monday - Friday
37.5 Hours per week
Flexible start times available
Salary range: £35,000 - £42,000 based on experience
Key Responsibilities for the HR Consultant role include:
- Oversee the management of all core Employee Relations (ER) cases across various business sectors, including sickness cases, flexible working requests, performance management plans, grievance, and disciplinary procedures.
- Conduct welfare assessments, occupational health referrals, risk assessments, and manage amended duties and capability processes.
- Provide guidance and support to colleagues and management as needed.
- Collaborate with the HR Business Partner to ensure comprehensive support on complex ER matters.
- Promote the enhancement of people management skills throughout the organization.
- Manage parental leave across different business sectors.
- Coach and influence managers from a people-centric perspective, enhancing their management and leadership skills while constructively addressing inappropriate behaviors.
- Ensure all formal performance management cases are documented and recorded in compliance with internal audit standards.
- Assist in the creation and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
- Facilitate the development of coaching skills among managers and colleagues regarding our people processes.
- Support the local induction process as required.
- Deliver HR module training to the internal management team.
- Foster a positive Diversity and Inclusion culture within the broader team.
Qualifications and Experience Required for the HR Consultant role:
- A minimum of two years of HR experience.
- A valid UK Driving License.
- Experience in advising managers and stakeholders on HR policies and procedures.
- Experience managing HR cases within a warehousing or manufacturing context is preferred.
- Strong technical skills and a solid understanding of current employment legislation.
- Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze data and summarize key insights.
- Effective communication and data presentation skills.
- Capable of working independently.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances.
- Level 5 CIPD Qualification (Desirable) or Level 3 CIPD Qualification with ongoing studies towards Level 5.
