Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Support Worker to join our team at Dimensions, a leading social care provider in England and Wales. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting a lady living in Kinson to live her best life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support and assistance to the lady in her daily life, enabling her to participate in activities she enjoys, such as Aqua Aerobics, drama classes, arts and crafts, baking, and pamper sessions.
  • Assist with sleep-in support, which may involve staying overnight at the lady's residence 1-2 times a week.
  • Develop and maintain a positive and supportive relationship with the lady, promoting her independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the support team to ensure the lady receives comprehensive and high-quality care.

Requirements

  • Experience working in social care or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
