Key Requirements
  • NMC Registration: A valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council is mandatory.
  • Driving License: A current driving license is essential, as the role involves traveling independently to various locations, including remote areas not serviced by public transport.
Role Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality, effective, and person-centered care to individuals who are housebound. This role involves collaboration with service users, fellow members of the Home Team, and other aligned services, including care providers.

Caseload Management

The caseload will encompass patients from all GP practices within the Stewartry region, ensuring a diverse and fulfilling work experience.

Travel Considerations

Please note: The position may require clinic and home visits in remote and rural settings. A current driving license is a crucial requirement. However, we are open to discussing alternative transport arrangements for candidates with disabilities that prevent them from holding a driving license.
