Turner & Townsend is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Programme Manager to join our dynamic Real Estate Portfolio & Programme Management (REPPM) team.

You will play a pivotal role in delivering cutting-edge digital real estate programmes and portfolios, collaborating with clients, regulatory bodies, and other consultancies to drive impactful digital transformations.

Our mission is to empower our private and public sector clients to create a greener, more inclusive, and productive world through innovative digital real estate solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the successful delivery of complex digital real estate programmes and portfolios, ensuring alignment with client objectives and adherence to time, cost, and quality standards.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners, acting as a trusted advisor on all matters related to digital real estate.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the digital real estate sector, actively contributing to bid preparation and proposal development for projects.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our portfolio and programme management methodologies, sharing best practices and lessons learned across the industry.
  • Embrace and champion the integration of digital tools and solutions, such as data analytics, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence, to enhance programme delivery and performance.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing portfolios or programmes; prior experience in digital real estate is highly desirable.
  • Comprehensive understanding of portfolio and programme management principles and their application within the digital real estate domain.
  • Proficiency in relevant programme and project management methodologies, including agile, waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
  • Familiarity with various procurement methods and contract types commonly used in digital real estate projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey complex digital real estate concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Professional membership with organizations such as RICS, PMI, or CIOB is a plus.
