Key Responsibilities:

Adhering to security protocols and policies to maintain the safety standards of the facility. Actively participating in daily operations and team activities. Demonstrating excellent communication skills, including professional telephone etiquette and welcoming visitors. Building and nurturing positive relationships with colleagues, visitors, and service users. Contributing to a supportive and positive workplace culture. Performing additional tasks as assigned that align with your role. Completing mandatory training sessions annually as required by Elysium Healthcare.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Previous experience in a cleaning role within a similar environment. A genuine enjoyment of cleaning and a sense of pride in achieving high standards. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication skills. Keen attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Proficient in identifying and resolving issues promptly.

Work Environment:

You will be part of a 130-bed independent facility that provides medium and low secure forensic mental health services. Our team is dedicated to delivering a seamless care pathway that empowers individuals in their recovery journey.
