Salon Account Manager

Revlon is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Salon Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including hairdressing and barber shops.
- Provide product knowledge and training to customers to help them grow their business.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager and Marketing Manager to develop and implement sales plans and promotions.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree or Associate Degree/High School Diploma or Higher Vocational Certificate.
- Complementary sales training desirable.
- 4-6 years in a sales position, preferably in a similar sector.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
