Site Manager - Fire Protection
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our Fire Protection Division in the East Midlands region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and organizing projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project plans and schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day site operations, including direct labor and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress, identify variations, and communicate with the Contracts Manager.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety, quality control, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in site meetings with clients and managers, and conduct site inductions and toolbox talks.
- Review client instructions and schedules, and complete project trackers and reports.
Requirements:
- Previous construction experience, preferably in fire protection.
- Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of passive fire doors, fire stopping, and FIRAS supervisor modules.
- DBS enhanced, SSSTS, and First Aid certifications.
- Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
