Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement engaging play and education activities that cater to the physical, emotional, intellectual, social, and psychological development of children.
  • Ensure the creche is safe, clean, and tidy at all times, maintaining high standards of hygiene and organization.
  • Liaise with parents and carers to provide informative and supportive communication, building strong relationships and trust.
  • Provide equipment and resources for play and education, staying up-to-date with the latest childcare legislation and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a creche environment, with a strong understanding of child development and education.
  • Qualifications in childcare, such as NNEB, NVQ Level 3, or BTEC, with a preference for EYPS and Paediatric First Aid certifications.
  • Passion for creating great experiences for children and their families, with a commitment to ongoing training and professional development.
