Programmatic Associate Director

We are seeking an accomplished Programmatic Associate Director to join our team at Zenith International. This role will have a particular focus on delivering display and programmatic expertise, overseeing the account strategy and operations of a central hub that supports display & programmatic healthcare media.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for display and programmatic campaigns across multiple markets.
  • Lead a team of programmatic experts to explore new possibilities in biddable media, identify tests, and create testing frameworks.
  • Deliver thought leadership and POVs across industry topics, sharing results with the wider agency.
  • Manage the output of 6 team members covering 30+ countries of programmatic activity.
  • Collaborate with clients and Publicis stakeholders to ensure excellent service and flawless campaign execution.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as an Associate Director or Senior Account Manager in a digital team.
  • Advanced knowledge of the programmatic supply ecosystem and best-in-breed strategies and partners across EMEA.
  • Experience managing a team of 4+ people, including hiring, developing talent, training, and performance management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage with senior clients.
  • Demonstrable examples of driving innovation in biddable media.
