About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Impression Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, reviewing existing accounts to improve performance, and showcasing our services to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the regions we serve, leveraging your expertise to build strong relationships with clients and drive revenue growth.
  • Review Existing Business: Evaluate current accounts to find ways to excel performance and deepen relationships, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service.
  • Showcase Our Business: Utilize various communication platforms to promote our services to potential clients, highlighting the value we bring to their businesses.
  • Client Meetings: Conduct face-to-face meetings, often involving presentations on how our services can add value, to build trust and establish strong relationships with clients.
  • Collaborate with Recruitment Specialists: Work closely with our team to identify areas for improvement and growth, ensuring that our services are tailored to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Tender Opportunities: Proactively respond to tender opportunities and develop strategies to win new business, leveraging your expertise to drive growth and revenue.
  • Market Awareness: Keep your finger on the pulse by recognising market trends and opportunities, ensuring that our business remains competitive and adaptable.

  • Sales Background: Previous experience in sales is essential, with recruitment experience being advantageous.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive basic salary in the region of £26,000 - £35,000 depending on your experience, as well as a totally uncapped bonus/reward scheme that celebrates your successes.
