Job Title: Air Conditioning Area Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Air Conditioning Area Sales Manager to join our team at Bespoke Stairlifts Limited.

About the Role:

As an Air Conditioning Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing an in-depth knowledge of our products and utilizing this knowledge to successfully sell to new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop a deep understanding of our air conditioning solutions and utilize this knowledge to effectively sell to customers.
  2. Manage and develop assigned territory to maximize revenue and profits by selling solutions for independent living to existing customers and acquiring new business.
  3. Stay up-to-date with market influences and competitor brands to optimize the unique selling points of our products and services.
  4. Create and execute a territory sales plan to meet or exceed established sales targets.
  5. Collaborate with sales management to develop a long-term business development plan and maximize selling opportunities.
  6. Build strong relationships with existing customers to understand their evolving business needs and position our products to meet those needs.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of increasing sales and revenue, with the ability to develop sales strategies and use performance KPIs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organized with the ability to structure and prioritize workload.
  • Professional, highly motivated, and target-driven.
  • Ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to update database systems.
