About this opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team in the Crown Dependencies. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop compelling marketing strategies grounded in customer insight and findings from current activity.
  • Effectively manage key relationships, fully understanding their performance and targets, and aligning strategies to achieve mutual objectives.
  • Deliver activities on time, within budget, and with the appropriate risk and legal approvals in a complex regulatory environment.
  • Nurture and develop the skills of more junior colleagues in the function.
  • Become a key part of the performance marketing culture, driving continual change to achieve efficient customer response.
  • Take the lead in planning and implementing structured tests, leveraging new capabilities to improve performance against plan.
What You'll Need
  • Experience working within or for a large, complicated, and ideally regulated business.
  • Proven experience developing marketing strategies to deliver growth and the best customer outcomes.
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation and storytelling skills with the ability to influence colleagues and external partners.
  • Pragmatic, collaborative, and proactive approach to work with the ability to take ownership and exercise good judgement, with a prudent approach to risk.
  • Expert in data-driven marketing, highly numerate, skilled in interpreting performance data, interrogating customer insight, planning tests, optimising campaigns, and making budget recommendations.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and managing direct reports in line with expected colleague behaviours.
  • Strong experience across press, DM, email, SMS, social media, and website channels.
  • Experienced in developing and applying scientific measurement methodologies to prove the value of marketing activity.
