Salary: £11.59 per hour
Hours: 10 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 11:30 AM - 1:30 PM
Working Weeks: 39.2 weeks per year with holiday entitlement pro-rated over 12 months.
DBS: All roles within educational settings are subject to an enhanced DBS check. The results will be evaluated and assessed in collaboration with the relevant safeguarding lead.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in food preparation tasks. Help serve meals and collect used dishes and utensils after the lunch period. Prepare the dining area and serving counter daily. Perform cleaning duties in kitchen and dining spaces, including washing kitchenware. Manage the storage of delivered goods. Support the preparation of buffets and working lunches. Undertake additional duties related to the department's operations as assigned. Opportunity to assist in preparing food for special events, such as community gatherings. Complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes.Required Skills and Qualifications
Basic knowledge of food preparation and service. Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Basic Food Hygiene Certificate – Level 1 is desirable. Understanding of health and safety protocols. Familiarity with food safety management systems. Creativity and skills in food presentation.Employee Benefits
