Key Responsibilities:- Lead and coach a team to ensure project assurance procedures are followed and developed according to industry best practices.
- Define team members' roles and objectives, manage resource allocation, and coordinate training and development.
- Ensure all work complies with company and UK legislative standards.
- Manage a portfolio of projects, ensuring safety, timely delivery, and cost efficiency.
- Develop and implement project governance processes and quality management systems.
- Prepare investment proposals, estimate project costs, and manage budgets.
- Ensure effective resource utilization and track project progress.
- Responsible for health, safety, and environmental (HSE) management related to all projects.
- Collaborate with the Procurement Supply & Management department to create project commercial strategies.
- Engineering degree
- Chartered status or equivalent
- 10+ years of post-graduate experience
- Extensive understanding of Project Delivery and COMAH regulations
- Experience in Oil & Gas or Chemical Manufacturing processes
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Right to work in the UK without requiring sponsorship
