- Provide technical support and guidance to the quality and customer service departments.
- Manage the QC function and lab team, ensuring the successful transition of new products from initial phase to production scalability.
- Liaise with internal and external partners to ensure the successful progression of new products.
- Drive innovation and implement new technologies to improve product quality and efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure the highest quality products.
- Responsible for the standard of testing, calibration, analysis of new and existing products, labelling, safety sheets, and regulations.
- Must have previous experience working in new product development and a background in Agriculture, Agrochemical, Horticulture, Pesticides, Chemicals, Environmental Science, or Biology.
- Experience of managing/leading/supporting a team and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work alone and as part of a team, with excellent technical knowledge and communication skills.
