Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of working in a strictly regulated laboratory environment, preferably GLP.

1. Developing and validating analytical methods with techniques such as NMR, GC, LC-MS, FTIR, UV and physical testing
2. Performing projects under GLP guidelines
3. Writing up reports and study plans under relevant SOP's
4. Supporting product applications under REACH regulations
5. Liaising with various teams across the company in a range of industries (performance chemicals, surfactants, fuel specialities)
6. Helping support with technical queries on company products

1. A strong track record of working in a strictly regulated laboratory environment, preferably GLP
2. Extensive experience in analytical chemistry with method development and validation
3. Hands-on experience with chromatography and physical testing laboratory techniques
4. Experience working with product submissions for GLP studies
5. Degree in chemistry, preferably with an analytical chemistry focus
6. Full right to work in the UK
