Key Responsibilities
  • Work with customers to complete an induction, risk assessment, and create a support plan to address their individual needs.

  • Ensure all properties are well-maintained, and health and safety checks are completed.

Requirements
  • Educated to a GCSE level.
  • 1-2 years of experience working in a similar sector or transferable skills.
  • Experience working with customers with complex needs.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Understanding of great customer service.
  • Ability to fulfill contractual commitments for commissioned services.
  • Experience supporting financial processes, including expenses and invoice processing.
  • Experience completing forms and applications for benefits and grants.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks and demands.
  • A motivational approach to supporting customers.
