Fleet Operations Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Fleet Advisor to join our team at Gregory Distribution. As a key member of our Fleet Services department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet of vehicles and trailers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Booking and Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities in line with operational requirements, ensuring all necessary tasks are completed on time.
- Fleet Management: Collaborate with the fleet management team to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize fleet performance.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including drivers, mechanics, and other support teams.
- Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve issues related to fleet maintenance, repair, and operations, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in fleet management, logistics, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Relevant qualifications in a field such as logistics, transportation, or a related discipline.
