We are seeking a highly skilled Fleet Advisor to join our team at Gregory Distribution. As a key member of our Fleet Services department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet of vehicles and trailers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Booking and Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities in line with operational requirements, ensuring all necessary tasks are completed on time.
- Fleet Management: Collaborate with the fleet management team to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize fleet performance.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including drivers, mechanics, and other support teams.
- Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to vehicle maintenance, repair, and logistics.
Requirements:
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information to various audiences.
