About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team at Bright Horizons. As a key member of our nursery team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and education to our children, ensuring their safety, well-being, and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, engaging children in entertaining and educational play and activities.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure all essential day-to-day tasks are completed, maintaining high standards of hygiene and room preparation.
  • Promote and ensure child welfare, protection, health, and safety, adhering to our Keeping Everyone Safe policies and procedures.
  • Support the observation and assessment standards, working in partnership with parents to ensure the needs of all children are met.
Requirements
  • Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
  • Previous experience working with children, preferably in a nursery setting.
  • Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child.
  • Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults.
  • Sound understanding of child protection and safeguarding children.
