Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior Application Support Specialist to join our team at Enva. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to internal end users for critical software applications across the Enva Group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Triage and manage support ticket queues to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Analyse and troubleshoot software application issues, working closely with team members, third-party vendors, and suppliers to resolve incidents.
  • Provide regular communication to customers regarding the status of incidents, escalating tickets as necessary to meet KPIs.
  • Contribute to the creation, review, and update of support documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience providing technical support for business-critical applications in a demanding environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to select the appropriate communication method for the task.
  • Knowledge of ITIL and service management methodologies, particularly Incident Management and Problem Management.
  • Experience with remote assistance and support tools.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to document processes and procedures in a clear and concise manner.
