**Job Opportunity**

We are currently seeking a skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team in Northampton. As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients and contributing to the success of our organization.

**Responsibilities**

  • Provide high-quality patient care, adhering to the highest standards of professionalism and compassion.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and develop effective care strategies.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by medical professionals.
  • Document patient progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.

**Requirements**

  • Current Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) certification.
  • Two current UK references from previous employers or professional organizations.
  • Valid NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) Pin Number.
  • Completion of initial 'Moving and Handling' and 'Basic Life Support' training.
  • Identification documents, including a passport, driver's license, birth certificate, and National Insurance number.
