Job Summary
The Head of Concierge Services will be responsible for managing the Concierge services and travel department, ensuring that our members receive exceptional service and experience. This role requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Concierge Services Management
- Manage the Concierge services team to ensure that all members receive exceptional service and experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of service and increase member satisfaction.
- Travel Department Management
- Manage the travel department to ensure that all travel arrangements are made efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of travel services and increase member satisfaction.
- Member Experience
- Work closely with the Front Office team to ensure that all members receive exceptional service and experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of service and increase member satisfaction.
- Team Management
- Manage a team of Concierge services professionals to ensure that they are highly motivated and performing at a high level.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and increase member satisfaction.
- Administrative Tasks
- Perform administrative tasks related to the management of the Concierge services and travel department.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve administrative efficiency and increase member satisfaction.
Professional Requirements
- Professional Demeanor
- Professional demeanor appropriate for a luxury environment.
- Language Skills
- Fluent English, oral and written, and at least 2 additional European languages amongst Italian, Portuguese, German, Spanish, and French; Mandarin knowledge is a plus.
- Experience
- At least 8 years' experience as Concierge/Front Desk Supervisor in luxury resorts and/or luxury brand and at ease with an office environment.
- Skills
- Detail-oriented with outstanding organizational and communication skills.
- Able to handle a multitude of tasks in an ever-changing environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build partner database globally, negotiate commission, and best prices.
- Ability to create a pricing policy for our Lifestyle Boutique.
- Problem-solving and stress tolerance skills.
- Excellent organization and managerial skills.
- Teamwork in a multicultural environment.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office and Publisher.
