Business Development Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Red Personnel in Brentford, London. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our business presence in the UK market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to increase revenue and expand our customer base
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management and customers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations
- Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Requirements:
- Proven track record of business development and revenue growth in a similar role
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the UK retail market
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
