  • Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock checks, optimize space utilization, and coordinate materials to support production schedules.
  • General Duties: Safely handle materials, prepare goods for dispatch, and maintain a clean, organized working environment.
  • Order Processing: Raise and manage Works Orders, arrange couriers, and oversee the seamless dispatch of goods from our ERP system.
  • Compliance & Safety: Adhere to company Health, Safety, and Environmental policies, and support our commitment to world-class standards through 5S principles.
  • Material Handling: Use your FLT skills to receive, store, kit, and dispatch goods with precision, ensuring all paperwork is accurate and completed promptly.
Requirements

The role is 80% desk-based, so we are looking for someone with a good level of IT literacy and proficiency in MS Office. The rest of the time may be spent operating a FLT or similar. We are happy to train someone on this part of the role. We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude and a willingness to ask questions and learn.
