Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting residents with their daily routines, such as washing and dressing
  • Developing and implementing individual care plans
  • Assisting with meal times and promoting healthy eating
  • Communicating effectively with residents, families, and colleagues
  • Working as part of a team to provide high-quality care

About You:

We are looking for someone with a caring nature, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a team. Previous experience working with the elderly is desirable but not essential, as full training is provided.
