About the Team

This team serves as the primary resource for corporate restructuring, reorganization, and outsourcing matters, including expertise in TUPE regulations. They also provide comprehensive guidance on various immigration matters, particularly within the maritime industry.

Committed to promoting best practices in employment law, the firm invests considerable resources in the professional development of its lawyers, ensuring that clients receive practical and dependable legal counsel.

Role Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will cultivate a robust foundation of commercial and legal knowledge in a specific area of law while enhancing client relationships, often serving as a direct point of contact. The majority of responsibilities will focus on advisory and transactional work, with litigation comprising only a small fraction of the role.

Essential Qualifications

The successful applicant will possess 4+ PQE at either the associate or senior associate level.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Qualified solicitor status in England & Wales.
  • A minimum of 4 years of post-qualification experience in the Employment sector of a City or International law firm or a reputable employment practice.
  • Demonstrated technical legal proficiency in corporate transactions, ideally within one or more of the firm's relevant industry sectors.
  • A comprehensive HR Advisory background.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment law.
  • Exceptional academic achievements.
  • A strong sense of intellectual curiosity and adaptability.
  • Self-motivated with a commitment to continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
  • A detail-oriented and proactive approach.
