Position Overview

Employment Associate/Senior Associate (3-6 PQE)

Vasto Legal Recruitment is collaborating with a prestigious UK law firm to fill a role within their esteemed Employment team based in London. The firm is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate with 3-6 years of post-qualification experience.

This role offers the chance to engage with a diverse array of high-caliber employment law issues, encompassing Contentious, Advisory, and Transactional matters. While there is flexibility in tailoring the position to suit the successful candidate, the initial focus is on an 80% Contentious & Advisory and 20% Transactional Support split.

The Employment Group is well-established and continues to expand due to increasing work demands, providing an excellent pathway for career advancement.

Successful candidates will benefit from top-tier training and direct interaction with Partners in a highly regarded practice, known for its strong reputation in the London legal sector.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of post-qualification experience
  • Comprehensive experience in various aspects of employment law
  • Experience gained from a reputable City or Global law firm
  • Qualified in England & Wales with relevant UK experience
  • The team is also receptive to candidates with an in-house background, provided they have significant prior private practice experience.

Compensation: £130,000 - £155,000, along with a competitive and attainable bonus structure and benefits.
