CK Group- Science, Clinical and Technical is seeking a highly skilled Inventory Support Specialist to join their team. As an Inventory Support Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of Optimall Inventory across the Manchester Foundation Trust as part of the Laboratory Managed Service Contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage the Optimall Inventory system to ensure seamless integration with existing processes.
- Provide comprehensive training to customers to enable full utilization of the solution.
- Develop and execute training and resource plans to ensure sustained usage of the tool.
- Employ change management methodologies to facilitate the adoption of the system.
- Monitor and maintain compliance records to provide constructive feedback.
- Analyze data to identify optimal stock levels, ensuring alignment with KPIs and customer requirements.
- Review data generated from the system and implement actions accordingly to optimize stock levels.
Requirements:
- Hold a degree in a technical or scientific field, preferably with an interest in IT systems or equivalent working knowledge.
- Previous experience working in NHS organizations or departments, particularly in pathology, pharmacy, or procurement.
- Hold a full UK/EU driving license.
