Beverage Inventory Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Beverage Stock Manager to join our team at Oak View Group. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for managing our extensive beverage inventory, ensuring seamless operations and optimal stock levels to meet the high demands of our venue's events.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage beverage inventory across 5 levels, 15 cellars, and multiple storerooms, implementing control processes to track stock levels and ensure accurate and timely replenishments.
- Monitor and manage stock levels, conducting regular audits to minimize wastage and overholding.
- Place and manage all beverage orders, acting as the conduit between external suppliers and in-house logistics and goods-in teams.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and delivery partners to ensure smooth operational processes.
- Collaborate with the Commercial Analyst and Logistics Manager to align event-day stock management strategies and enhance operational efficiencies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in stock control, inventory management, or a related role within a large venue, hospitality, or similar environment.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to generate and interpret detailed reports.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.
- A hands-on approach, and the ability to communicate efficiently with various departments.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to stock handling.
