Beverage Inventory Manager

We are seeking a Beverage Inventory Manager to join our team at Co-op Live. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for managing our extensive beverage inventory, ensuring seamless operations and optimal stock levels to meet the high demands of our venue's events.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing beverage inventory across 5 levels, 15 cellars, and multiple storerooms
- Implementing control processes to track stock levels and ensure accurate and timely replenishments
- Monitoring and managing stock levels, minimizing wastage and overholding
- Coordinating with external suppliers and delivery partners to ensure smooth operational processes
- Acting as a liaison between the Commercial Analyst and the Logistics Manager to align event-day stock management strategies and enhance operational efficiencies
Requirements:
- Proven experience in stock control, inventory management, or a related role within a large venue, hospitality, or similar environment
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to generate and interpret detailed reports
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel
- A hands-on approach, and the ability to communicate efficiently with various departments
