We are seeking a dedicated Office Support Coordinator to assist in the administration of our ICT Services and Learning Technology departments.

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Efficiently managing office systems, particularly in the areas of purchase ordering, asset management, rota scheduling, and contract oversight.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries directed to ICT Services.

Required Skills:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word and Excel.
  • Experience in a customer-oriented setting.
  • Familiarity with educational environments and MS Office 365 is a plus.

Work Schedule:
This position entails a commitment of 18.5 hours per week. The preferred working hours are Monday to Thursday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM and Friday from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM. However, the specific working pattern and days can be discussed during the interview process.
