Job Title: Executive Chef Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef Manager to lead our kitchen team and ensure the highest standards of food quality and safety. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items, managing inventory and supplies, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
  • Develop and implement menus, recipes, and cooking methods to ensure high-quality food products.
  • Manage inventory and supplies, including ordering and receiving goods, to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and other expenses to ensure profitability.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as front-of-house and marketing, to ensure seamless service and promote the company's brand.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, menu innovations, and culinary techniques to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a chef or kitchen manager in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent culinary skills, with knowledge of menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of food safety and health and safety regulations, with the ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
