Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team and oversee the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes for our guests. Key Responsibilities:
  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our guests and align with the hotel's culinary vision.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality food presentation.
  • Culinary Operations: Oversee the preparation and presentation of food, ensuring that all dishes meet the hotel's quality standards.
  • Inventory Management: Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies, to ensure that the kitchen is well-stocked and efficient.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Cost Control: Manage kitchen costs, including labor, inventory, and utilities, to ensure that the kitchen operates within budget.
Requirements:
  • Culinary Qualifications: A degree in culinary arts or a related field, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior culinary role.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Culinary Expertise: A strong background in culinary arts, with expertise in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, staff, and other departments.
