Administrative Support Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at the Peterborough Office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, professional contacts, employees, and visitors.
  • Process invoices for payment, including creating purchase orders.
  • Order stationery and kitchen consumables.
  • Organize schedules for work shadowing students and assist with event planning.
  • Collaborate with the Office Manager and PA to Head of Office to promote company initiatives.
  • Update contact details in Dynamics CRM as needed.
  • Complete and obtain venue event H&S Risk Assessments.
  • Liaise with the digital marketing team to create and send event invitations.
  • Attend events and ensure fee-earners have necessary materials.
  • Maintain team channels with up to-date information.
  • Create and update team sheets/PDF invites using Canva.
