Job Title: Team Leader, Children and Young People Service

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Team Leader to join our Children and Young People Service team. As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our young residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Meet the needs of the children and young people in line with Ofsted regulations.
  2. Plan team rotas to support the Deputy and home manager in various meetings and appointments.
  3. Assist the Registered Manager and/or the Deputy Manager in implementing all aspects of the Statement of Purpose.
  4. Create a safe and family-like environment for the children.
Requirements:
  1. You must be 21 years old due to Ofsted regulations.
  2. You must have at least six months of experience in children's residential care and a relevant Level 3 qualification is desirable.
