About the Role
We Are With You is seeking a compassionate and motivated individual to join our team as a Lived Experience Rehabilitation Worker. As a key member of our team, you will be working with clients who are on their journey to recovery, using your own lived experience to provide support and guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop relationships of trust with clients while maintaining professional boundaries
- Use your own experience to help others and work as part of a team to ensure a high-quality service is maintained
- Support clients in their recovery journey, providing guidance and resources as needed
Requirements
- SVQ level 3 in Health & Social Care (as required for SSSC registration purposes)
- Driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Compassionate and motivated individual with an exceptional ability to build meaningful relationships
