About the Role

We Are With You is seeking a compassionate and motivated individual to join our team as a Lived Experience Rehabilitation Worker. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality recovery care to our clients.

Main Responsibilities

Using your lived experience, you will support our clients with their journey into recovery or maintaining their recovery. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement effective support plans, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible care.

Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a driving licence and access to a vehicle. You will also need to hold SVQ level 3 in Health & Social Care, as required for SSSC registration purposes. Additionally, you will need to be able to develop relationships of trust while maintaining professional boundaries.
