The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated professional to join our team as a Lead Instructor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality educational class-based sessions, ensuring exceptional teaching standards and maintaining the highest levels of health and safety. You will work closely with the Senior Instructor to facilitate learning experiences, motivate and lead your team, and promote the value of outdoor and environmental education.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver high-quality educational class-based sessions that meet the needs of our students.
  2. Work closely with the Senior Instructor to ensure exceptional teaching standards and maintain the highest levels of health and safety.
  3. Motivate and lead your team to achieve outstanding results.
  4. Promote the value of outdoor and environmental education to our students and stakeholders.
