The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Lead Instructor to join our team at Runways End Outdoor Centre.

As a carbon neutral site, we are committed to providing high-quality outdoor and environmental education. As a Lead Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering operational excellence, facilitating learning experiences, motivating, leading, and supporting your team. You'll ensure that the exceptional teaching standards and highest levels of health and safety are maintained by working closely with the Senior Instructor.

We are looking for an inspirational and enthusiastic individual who has proven experience delivering high-quality educational class-based sessions. You'll believe in the value of outdoor and environmental education and have a passion for the natural world.
