The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Lead Instructor to join our team at Runways End Outdoor Centre.

As a carbon-neutral site, we boast a wide range of adventure and environmental activities on land and water. As a Lead Instructor, you will deliver operational excellence, facilitate learning experiences, motivate, lead, and support your team. You'll ensure that the exceptional teaching standards and highest levels of health and safety are maintained by working closely with the Senior Instructor.

You'll need to be an inspirational, enthusiastic individual who has proven experience delivering high-quality educational class-based sessions. Being a passionate outdoor practitioner, you'll believe in the value of outdoor and environmental education and have a passion for the natural world.
