Archway Talent Solutions is looking for a Senior Clinical Coordinator to assist in the management of a well-regarded Care Facility. In this role, you will support the Facility Manager in daily operations and supervise a dedicated team of Nurses and Care Assistants. Your responsibilities will also include engaging with residents' families, overseeing staff, and fulfilling various administrative duties. We are in search of a Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD) who is committed to providing exceptional care for the elderly and those with dementia.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN or RNLD) with a current NMC pin number
- Experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting
- Genuine passion for elderly care and working in a residential environment
- Organized and dedicated work ethic
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Current clinical competencies (additional training will be provided)
