Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our team at La Fosse. As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design of our products and services, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and user-centered solutions.
About the Role
This is a senior-level position that requires a strong background in UX/UI design, with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in an agile environment. You will be responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining our design system, ensuring consistency and coherence across all products
- Leading design projects from concept to delivery, working closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Collaborating with product managers and engineers to define product requirements and ensure design solutions meet business needs
- Conducting user research and analysis to inform design decisions
- Managing and mentoring junior designers to develop their skills and expertise
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders
- Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of design principles, human-centered design, and user experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams
