  • Complaint Resolution: Receive and process complaints, comments, or suggestions, ensuring they are resolved at first point of contact or escalated through agreed processes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with other departments to improve customer experience, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing changes to drive excellence.
  • Process Efficiency: Ensure all processes are operated in a timely manner, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

What We Offer:

We provide comprehensive training to ensure our Customer Service Advisors have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles. If you are a motivated and customer-focused individual, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Contract Details:

This is a full-time permanent contract, with a salary of £22,332 per year, paid monthly. The working hours are 37.5 hours per week, between Monday and Thursday (09:00 - 17:00) and Friday (09:30 - 17:00).
