- Communication and Feedback: Keep customers informed of progress on outstanding enquiries and complaints, maintaining consistency in communications and adhering to our policies.
- Complaint Resolution: Receive and process complaints, comments, or suggestions, ensuring they are resolved at first point of contact or escalated through agreed processes.
- Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with other departments to improve customer experience, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing changes to drive excellence.
- Process Efficiency: Ensure all processes are operated in a timely manner, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

Contract Details:
This is a full-time permanent contract, with a salary of £22,332 per year, paid monthly. The working hours are 37.5 hours per week, between Monday and Thursday (09:00 - 17:00) and Friday (09:30 - 17:00).
