Position Overview

As a Business Analyst at Axiom Software Solutions Limited, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. Your expertise will be crucial in driving projects that enhance operational efficiency and deliver value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Educational Background: A degree in a relevant field, complemented by certifications or equivalent professional experience.
  • Business Analysis Expertise: Demonstrated experience in business analysis within technical or software development initiatives, ideally in financial or regulatory environments.
  • Infrastructure Projects: Proven experience in managing technical infrastructure upgrade projects.
  • Methodological Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
  • Operating Models: Familiarity with developing and implementing operating models for various projects and programs.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Exceptional skills in managing stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Group Management: Ability to coordinate large groups of stakeholders in complex and uncertain situations.
  • BPMN Expertise: Proficient in business process development using BPMN 2.0 standards.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and influencing capabilities.
  • Requirements Gathering: Experience in collecting and documenting business and solution requirements through diverse techniques.
  • Technical Collaboration: Providing both functional and technical guidance to technology teams.
  • Project Awareness: Understanding of project complexities and their technical implications.
  • Business Insight: Quick comprehension of business contexts and insights.
  • Workshop Facilitation: Experience in leading workshops utilizing various business analysis methodologies.
Desirable Qualifications

Experience in at least two of the following areas is preferred:

  • SharePoint migration
  • Email modernization
  • Telephony upgrades
  • Data management, including data journeys, analysis, integration, and migration
  • Supporting scaled Agile methodologies within Waterfall frameworks
  • Certification in Agile DevOps
  • Understanding of project management principles, including resource and time management
