Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Consultant to join our dynamic Adult Learning Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships with employers across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our client base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new employers, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Work closely with our Adult Learning Team to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with our leadership team to develop and implement business growth strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed

Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales within the education sector
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong business acumen and high level of personal integrity
  • Valid driving license and business insurance
