The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships with employers across various sectors. Your expertise in sales and business development will enable you to identify new opportunities and build strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, understanding their needs and developing tailored solutions
- Collaborate with our Adult Learning Team to deliver high-quality services and meet client needs
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the education sector and its trends
