Reed is partnering with an award-winning financial and technology business in Bristol to recruit an Admin Associate to join their Operations Team on a full-time permanent basis.
About the Role
You will be working in the transfers department, responsible for processing in and out transfers, cash, and in specie transactions. Your tasks will include day-to-day administration, processing applications, managing mailboxes, data entry, and setting up funds.
Key Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 12 months of admin experience in an office setting. You should have excellent communication skills, be organized, accurate, and have a strong attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to work well in a team are essential.
What We Offer

Training and Development
You will receive comprehensive training for 3 months, fully office-based, to ensure you are set up for success. After training, you will have the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis (3 days office/2 days home).
